Interesting product, room for improvement

"I brewed 15 grams at 210f in an aeropress. Results were a bold cup that lacked the lighter and sweeter notes I look for in a light roast. There was inconsistency in roast profile. a good product, perhaps mine was stale."

Unusually flavorful for a light roast

"Unusually flavorful for a light roast, “Happy “was a wonderful change to my dark I usually drink. I was delighted in needing to add little to no sugar because of the natural sweetness that came with the subtle, but noticable, cashew aroma and taste. The cute teal and space conscious package holds and keeps the 100% arabica beans fresh. An absolute must for the coffee lover who looks for a change of the over commercialized brands that can be boring after some time. So Good

"Starting with the packaging first. It's so cute! I love the color and the shape. It fits so nicely in my cabinet unlike the bags or cylinder containers. Plus, once the coffee is gone, I'll probably reuse the container for organizing something. My only complaint is that the foil didn't come off that easily when opening. Now, for the taste. It really is a light roast. It's smooth and perfect. I love it and will most likely buy more after I finish this can. Received as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel."

Good coffee great packaging

"I was given this light roast coffee as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I loved that it came in a container I could set on my kitchen counter without worrying about it spilling everywhere. The coffee had a mild tasting flavor overall, with a hint of nuttiness as stated on the package. I prefer light roast coffee but I would have liked just a little more flavor. Overall a really good product!"

Great morning coffee

"Note: I received the product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel I *loved* this coffee. It's a really delightful light roast that reminds me of those high quality, big flavored coffees in your favorite local diner. But I think my favorite thing about it is that there are zero bitter notes. It's just a smooth, flavorful, easy-to-drink breakfast blend type coffee. The container was pretty easy to handle, and it was nice not to have to use like a bag clip to keep the beans fresh. Would buy again!"

Great Coffee Great Package Great Taste

"I do not consider myself a coffee snob, but I definitely appreciate a quality cup of coffee. I drink my coffee black and appreciate when coffee tastes like coffee. This was great coffee. I almost exclusively drink light roast coffee and have become accustomed to the big chain brand light roast coffee. The lively light roast honestly impressed me with the lightness and taste of the roast. I received the whole beans product from the Stellar Product Testing Panel and am glad I did because I will be very likely to purchase this coffee when I see it on the shelf. The packaging was impressive, as it comes in a hard plastic type container, not the typical bag that most grocery store coffee comes in. The lid was easy enough to remove, but the foil seal was a little finnicky to remove and tore easily. Once it was off, no other problems. The coffee beans stayed fresh enough for me to make about four cups per day in my drip coffee maker over about a week and a half. Overall, I would recommend the light roast coffee beans to anyone who likes a good light roast."
