"I brewed 15 grams at 210f in an aeropress. Results were a bold cup that lacked the lighter and sweeter notes I look for in a light roast. There was inconsistency in roast profile. a good product, perhaps mine was stale."

"Note: I received this coffee through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Happy coffee is a dream. It is light and delicious. Not only is the taste wonderful, but the product packaging is excellent too. First, I love the color - fun and lively for the morning! Additionally, it’s much easier to scoop the grounds out of this package than the vast majority of other coffee ground packaging. I also really appreciated that purchasing the product allows the buyer to support NAMI, which is a great cause."

"Unusually flavorful for a light roast, “Happy “was a wonderful change to my dark I usually drink. I was delighted in needing to add little to no sugar because of the natural sweetness that came with the subtle, but noticable, cashew aroma and taste. The cute teal and space conscious package holds and keeps the 100% arabica beans fresh. An absolute must for the coffee lover who looks for a change of the over commercialized brands that can be boring after some time. I received this product complimentary in exchange for my honest review from Stellar Product Testing Panel."

"Starting with the packaging first. It's so cute! I love the color and the shape. It fits so nicely in my cabinet unlike the bags or cylinder containers. Plus, once the coffee is gone, I'll probably reuse the container for organizing something. My only complaint is that the foil didn't come off that easily when opening. Now, for the taste. It really is a light roast. It's smooth and perfect. I love it and will most likely buy more after I finish this can. Received as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel."

"I was sent this Hello Lively Light Roast Coffee as part of the Stellar Testing Panel in exchange for my honest review. I’m primarily an iced coffee drinker and while I enjoy buying the occasional coffee while I’m out, fixing one that turns out delicious at home is also satisfying for me, especially with inflation these days. I have prepared it in my cold brew coffee maker a few times now and have had no issues at all. This coffee is so good. First off, although not the most important, the packaging is very aesthetically pleasing. For preparation purposes, I appreciate that it’s in a square canister vs a bag, but I do wish the lid were a bit more secure or air tight to preserve the freshness. I always love that first scent of the coffee grounds as I open it to make it and this one does not disappoint. The taste is light and smooth, not too bitter and everything you would expect from a good quality coffee. I typically like my coffee a little fancy with skinny syrups, almond milk and cold foam and I was able to dress this one up just the same and it was a treat. I enjoyed getting to try this coffee and have no complaints."

I prepare my coffee in my brewer for a single serve but make a whole pot if I have people over. I’m in love with the packaging. So easy to scoop out and I find it keeps the coffee more fresh and aromatic. The packaging is so aesthetically pleasing and fits in my cabinet really well. "I was given this light roast coffee as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I loved that it came in a container I could set on my kitchen counter without worrying about it spilling everywhere. The coffee had a mild tasting flavor overall, with a hint of nuttiness as stated on the package. I prefer light roast coffee but I would have liked just a little more flavor. Overall a really good product!"
