"Today I saw this in the market I was willing to pay more because the narrative stated a smooth non bitter taste 👅 with Cashew blend"
"I brewed 15 grams at 210f in an aeropress. Results were a bold cup that lacked the lighter and sweeter notes I look for in a light roast. There was inconsistency in roast profile. a good product, perhaps mine was stale."
"Note: I received this coffee through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Happy coffee is a dream. It is light and delicious. Not only is the taste wonderful, but the product packaging is excellent too. First, I love the color - fun and lively for the morning! Additionally, it’s much easier to scoop the grounds out of this package than the vast majority of other coffee ground packaging. I also really appreciated that purchasing the product allows the buyer to support NAMI, which is a great cause."
"I was sent this Hello Lively Light Roast Coffee as part of the Stellar Testing Panel in exchange for my honest review. I’m primarily an iced coffee drinker and while I enjoy buying the occasional coffee while I’m out, fixing one that turns out delicious at home is also satisfying for me, especially with inflation these days. I have prepared it in my cold brew coffee maker a few times now and have had no issues at all. This coffee is so good. First off, although not the most important, the packaging is very aesthetically pleasing. For preparation purposes, I appreciate that it’s in a square canister vs a bag, but I do wish the lid were a bit more secure or air tight to preserve the freshness. I always love that first scent of the coffee grounds as I open it to make it and this one does not disappoint. The taste is light and smooth, not too bitter and everything you would expect from a good quality coffee. I typically like my coffee a little fancy with skinny syrups, almond milk and cold foam and I was able to dress this one up just the same and it was a treat. I enjoyed getting to try this coffee and have no complaints."
"My overall impression of this coffee is how delicious it is. I love waking up to freshly brewed coffee and Happy ground coffee gets me through the day. I prepare my coffee in my brewer for a single serve but make a whole pot if I have people over. I’m in love with the packaging. So easy to scoop out and I find it keeps the coffee more fresh and aromatic. The packaging is so aesthetically pleasing and fits in my cabinet really well. I received the product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel."
"This coffee is a must have do not pass it up you will be amazed. I got this coffee from stellar to try out and review and me being a coffee connoisseur. I am mostly a black coffee drinker so I was skeptical, but I was down for the challenge, my first impression of the rectangular container was not excited about it and then the second thing I was thinking was well the shape is OK if you want to store it in like a cabinet it would fit better than around one but upon opening the package I noticed it was a little challenging because I have acrylic nails so there wasn’t really like an indent place for me to pop off the top so it’s I struggled a little bit with it Once I got it open, there was a seal that I had to break through in order to get to the coffee beans. The coffee beans appeared more of a dryer look then when I usually open the coffee beans in normal packaging they’re kind of moist or oily looking so I was skeptical. I put them in my grinder and in about three pushes they were perfect. It was a dryer roast grind sort of like a nutty scent with a fresh coffee grinds sent her. The scent was delightful after I breed the coffee I took my first sip and it was definitely a delicious black coffee. I’m very picky about black coffee. There’s only a few places that I’ll drink it from and then I tried another glass with cream and it went well with hazelnut cream so overall I gave this coffee 10 stars because it was definitely delicious smooth smelled amazing. The house smelled great and it supports a good cause."
"Let me start by saying I am not typically a hot coffee drinker. My husband is. I haven’t been able to stomach hot coffee in years. Typically I find hot coffee too bitter and too strong, no matter how little grounds I use. Fortunately I was sent this coffee from Stellar Product Testing Panel. I won’t lie, I was skeptical. But it smelled amazing upon opening, and was easy to grind. Here’s the part that blew my mind. I liked it. A lot. I haven’t truly enjoyed hot coffee in probably 5 years. I’ve made this every morning since receiving it. Both my husband and I really like it. It’s a nice light roast, not super bitter. Wonderful flavor. I was able to use minimal cream and sugar (typically I like a ton of cream and sugar), but it wasn’t needed with this coffee. The packaging is nice, easy to stack, and I love the color for the label. The only thing I wish was different, was the lid. It’s somewhat difficult to pop open unless you have long nails, and know which corner you lift from. It’s not very clear which corner it is, unless you look close. Otherwise I have no other complaints. Lovely product, great taste, and gives me that boost I so desperately need in the morning as a mom of 4."
"Stellar Panel sent me lively light roast whole bean coffee 12 oz in exchange for my honest review. Overall I enjoyed the coffee. To me, it is smooth robust light to medium roast with a subtle nutty flavor that made it easy to drink black, but also didn’t lose the organic flavor even with a splash of flavored oat milk creamer, which is my preference. I received whole beans, which my husband grinds for a few days at a time and stores in an airtight container. In this case, I’d prefer to grind them all and return to the original container. The packaging is sleek and minimal, and recyclable so that’s a win for me. I like the square design which makes it easy for me to open even with carpal tunnel and low grip strength. As a mental health counselor, my favorite part is Happy’s partnership with NAMI in support of making mental health accessible to everyone wherever they are. It’s nice to a company resource responsibly, and create a quality product with recyclicable packaging that backs an honorable cause. Over all I’d give Happy lively light roast whole bean coffee 5 stars and highly recommend for both the occasional coffee drinker and coffee connoisseur alike."
"I received this lively light roast whole bean coffee from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. When opening the packaging it was difficult to open and required a knife to cut through the seal as it would not rip easily to get to the coffee. The coffee ground up beautifully and smelled good. Brewing was as usual. I paired my coffee with some cream and caramel sweetener and the flavor notes were very bitter. I am used to one particular coffee I've been drinking for several years, but did not prefer the flavor of these beans. The coffee paired better with the pumpkin spice flavoring I used instead of the caramel. I did like that the container holding the coffee was a great container to hold the coffee once ground. It would be nice if it had some kind of tab to pop the top off easier that sticks out a little bit, but popping the corner was easy enough. The packaging was very simplistic in design and decoration and it would look good on a counter or fit well in the cabinet. The packaging isn't blatantly a coffee can/container. I think my favorite thing about the coffee was the container once I was able to get past the freshness seal. Overall not highly impressed with the flavor or hard to get into packaging."
