FAQ — happy whole bean coffee
whole bean coffee is roasted but not ground — you grind it yourself just before brewing for maximum freshness and flavor. ground coffee is pre-ground for convenience but starts losing aroma the moment it's ground.
a burr grinder produces the most consistent grind. blade grinders work too — just pulse in short bursts. match the grind to your brew method: coarse for cold brew or french press, medium for drip, fine for espresso.
store in an airtight container at room temperature, away from heat, light,
and moisture. avoid the fridge or freezer. temperature swings cause condensation that dulls flavor. use within 4 weeks of opening for peak taste.
yes. our over the moon is a limited-edition swiss water decaf whole bean. naturally decaffeinated without chemicals, rated 91 by coffee review.
light roast (bright side): bright, smooth, lighter body, more origin flavor. medium roast (daily magic): balanced, fruity, chocolatey, the crowd-pleaser. dark roast (bold type): rich, full-bodied, cocoa-deep,
bolder. all 100% arabica, all slow-roasted.
