cloud nine is our third microlot release — a Chiroso Arabica from a twenty-two acre farm in Antioquia, Colombia, shared with walnut, avocado, and flowering golden trumpet trees (and the birds that love them). in the cup: super sweetness, berry and almond notes, a round mouthfeel, bright apple-lemon acidity, and a whisper of milk chocolate on the finish. whole bean, 12 oz, and ready for however you brew.
the farm runs on regenerative practices — water conservation, coffee prunings turned into fertilizer, pesticide-free growing (thank the birds), and solar-powered post-harvest processing. the yellow label is a nod to the Colombian flag, where yellow stands for the gold and wealth of the soil. we feel the same about this one.
