happy® has been making limited-edition coffee — and limited-edition collaborations — since day one. some of those drops are still on shelves. some are gone forever. this is the archive of every collab and LTO (limited-time offering) we've put out so far, what was in them, and whether you can still get one.
quick navigation:
- the collabs — tate's bake shop + BERO
- the microlots — little victories + over the moon
- the viral flavors — dubai chocolatey style
- the seasonal lattes — apple pie + black forest cake
- the everyday LTOs — cotton candy + berry necessary + chocolatey chip cookie
why we do limited editions
happy® was founded on a simple bet: coffee should make people happy. but the same nine cans on a shelf every month? not particularly happy-making. so we started doing collabs and limited editions to bring new flavors, new partnerships, and new reasons to smile to a category that can sometimes feel a little serious.
every limited edition we make follows the same rules as our core lineup — 100% arabica beans, made with real ingredients, and tied to our partnership with NAMI, the largest grassroots mental health organization in the US. mental health is health, even when the can is shaped like a cookie box.
the tate's bake shop collab (ended)

our first major collab was with tate's bake shop, the iconic crisp-cookie brand from Southampton, NY. we paired their famous chocolate chip cookies with a happy® chocolatey chip canned latte and packaged the whole thing in a cookie-shaped variety box. the lattes themselves were a hit, with notes of chocolatey biscuit baked right into the milk-and-real-sugar base.
what was in it:
- happy® x Tate's bake shop chocolatey chip canned latte — 11 oz
- happy® x Tate's bake shop variety box — limited edition
where you can find it now: the Tate's collab has officially ended, and the variety box is no longer available. but the chocolatey chip latte and the chocolatey chip cookie ground both remain in our lineup — same delicious flavor, just without the cookie box around it. we're forever grateful to the team at tate's for the trip.
the BERO collab — eternal hoptimist (ended)

our second major collab was with BERO, the non-alcoholic beer brand co-founded by Tom Holland, we created eternal hoptimist — a ground coffee that nodded to BERO's brewing world without ever putting beer in your coffee. it's a coffee for people who appreciate the smell of a good IPA on a Saturday morning but also need to get to work.
the name said it all: an eternal hoptimist is someone who keeps showing up — for themselves, for their people, for the next good morning. exactly the kind of mindset we built happy® on.
what was in it:
- happy® eternal hoptimist x BERO ground coffee — 12 oz
where you can find it now: the BERO collab has ended and inventory is essentially gone. if you spot a bag in the wild, grab it — it's headed for the eternal archive.
the microlot series — rare, small-batch, big personality
microlots are tiny single-origin coffee lots from specific farms, processed with specific methods, in batches small enough that we can name them and tell their stories. our microlot series exists to spotlight rare beans, recognized growers, and the causes we care about most.
little victories — maracaturra microlot (92pt coffee review)

little victories is a 92-point coffee review rare maracaturra microlot from jinotega, nicaragua, fermented with carbonic maceration to bring out bright, complex notes. 100% of sales from this microlot go to the mental health coalition, because the little victories — the morning cup, the deep breath, the small wins — really do add up.
over the moon — swiss water decaf microlot (91pt coffee review)

over the moon is a 91-point coffee review Swiss water decaf microlot — also from Jinotega, Nicaragua. the swiss water process removes 99.9% of caffeine using water alone (no chemical solvents), so what you taste is pure coffee. notes of apple sweetness, cocoa, and balance.
this is the decaf for people who say "i don't like decaf." it's the one that converts them.
the viral flavors
dubai chocolatey style — latte + ground coffee

when dubai-style chocolate (chocolate + pistachio + crispy phyllo) became the snack of the year, we couldn't resist. dubai chocolatey style arrived as both a canned latte and a flavored ground coffee — pistachio flavor meets chocolatey decadence meets coffee, all in one cup.
the seasonal lattes
apple pie latte

warm spices, baked apple, real milk, real sugar, 100% Colombian arabica coffee — basically your favorite fall dessert in an 11 oz can. one of our newest latte additions, perfect for crisp mornings.
black forest cake latte

chocolate, cherry, and a touch of whipped-cream vibe — all in 120 calories per can. our black forest cake latte is dessert-meets-coffee at its most decadent.

cotton candy flavored ground coffee

nostalgic, sweet, and somehow exactly what your morning needed. cotton candy turns a perfectly ordinary cup of drip coffee into something that tastes like a county-fair memory.

berry necessary — blueberry flavored ground coffee

blueberry-forward, bright, and a little unexpected. berry necessary is for the coffee drinker who's ready to break out of their breakfast rut.
chocolatey chip cookie ground coffee

the spiritual descendant of our Tate's collab — chocolatey chip cookie ground coffee captures the cookie-jar magic in a regular morning cup. no can required.

the through line
every collab. every limited edition. every microlot. they all share three things: 100% arabica beans, real ingredients, and a commitment to mental health through our NAMI partnership. when you grab a happy® LTO, you're grabbing a piece of a bigger mission.
also — we like to have fun. life is short. drink cotton candy coffee.
what's next
we don't share our LTO roadmap publicly (some things should stay surprises), but we're always working on the next drop. follow us on social, sign up for emails at the bottom of happyproducts.com, and check the limited runs collection for what's currently available.
