Ground to Grounds™ is an active travel experience.
Participants should be comfortable with:

 - Walking several miles throughout the day
 - Uneven terrain on coffee farms
 - Warm daytime temperatures
 - Moderate elevations (Antigua sits approximately 5,000 feet above sea level, with some farm visits reaching higher elevations)
 - Spending extended periods outdoors

You don't need to be an experienced hiker, but you should feel comfortable staying active throughout the week.

Ground to Grounds™ is open to travelers 18 years and older.

Travelers ages 10–17 are welcome when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

To preserve the experience for all guests, children under 10 are not eligible to participate.

Group size is intentionally limited to create a more personal and immersive experience.
