Last weekend, we had the joy of keeping 1,800 women caffeinated (and happy!) each day at Shine Away, the women’s conference from Reese Witherspoon’s hello sunshine - held right on the Universal Studios lot. From early morning panels to golden-hour laughs, our coffee stations buzzed with conversation, connection, and the unmistakable aroma of seriously delicious™ happy coffee.
On the menu: our light roast ground coffee, tahitian vanilla and salted caramel cold brews, and a total crowd favorite — the chocolatey chip cookie latte, dreamed up with our friends at Tate’s Bake Shop.
Beyond brewing joy, we were honored to share space with our partners at NAMI (the National Alliance on Mental Illness) and specifically the incredible team from NAMI Westside Los Angeles, who offered mental-health resources and hope to anyone who needed it. Because even on days without sunshine, help is always within reach.
Shine Away was all about celebrating women’s stories — from creators and founders to authors and advocates (Chrissy Teigen, Mariska Hargitay, and Rainbow Rowell to name a few). We’re proud to lift up women’s stories, too. happy® supports programs that advance and empower female coffee farmers worldwide, including our inaugural women’s group in Colombia.
