we carefully select green coffee that’s consistently free from flavor flaws. what’s green coffee? we’re glad you asked. it’s the unroasted coffee cherry seeds (aka beans), still in their raw state. our green growers work in 7 awesome countries with rich coffee histories and farming practices: Rwanda, Colombia, Brazil, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Honduras, and Peru.
then, we expertly blend the beans to optimize taste. unlike coffees that roast in minutes, we take our sweet time with a slower roast at lower temperatures. this “low and slow” approach creates more complex notes and rids our coffee of the harsh, charred flavor you find in unhappy coffees. smooth things come to those who wait.
